Fabricated off-site to improve both accuracy and speed of installation, BourneBalcony is installed as a single, complete unit. Made from just three components, an internal frame eliminates the need for cantilever slabs. The small connection interface between the balcony frame and the supporting posts saves further time during installation and minimises cold bridging effects. What's more, BourneBalcony can be fitted to any building form: steel, concrete or masonry, whether a new build or an existing structure.
