From our structural steel origins, we've diversified to create eight separate subsidiary companies. Despite their different markets, customers and applications, they each sit under one of two Divisions: Bourne Structures and Bourne Construction. The exception is Bourne Engineering, our creative hub around which the entire Group's business revolves.

It's a mistake to see our structure as rigid, though. Ideas flow freely between individual teams in separate subsidiary companies. Experiences are shared. Skills are complemented. And a people-first culture exists.

The result is a Group as well built as any project we've been involved with.
