The main advantages of Montex are two-fold. By reducing the time required for construction, it minimises disruption on site during the building phase, to the local infrastructure and community surrounding a site. This also reduces construction costs. While Montex's lightweight frame affords the opportunity to minimise foundation costs and introduce further cost savings.

Montex is delivered to site and installed using mobile cranes that sit neatly between clear span bays. It's then constructed in full height modules of one or more floors.

The system supports a wide range of external finishes to compliment the immediate and natural environment. And is flexible enough to be added to, reduced or even dismantled in the future.
