BourneStair is a modular stair tower system constructed using volumetric techniques and 'stair-in-a-day' technology. Using a module per floor, BourneStair can be self-stacked to a maximum of 12 floors and installed either internally or externally in a single day.

Manufacture occurs off-site in our own production facility. This safe, controlled environment enables us to guarantee quality, matching an exact specification and tolerances.

Built around a structured steel frame, light steel studwork panels are set into the structural frame to allow insulation while fire and impact boarding can be fixed both inside and out. To complement existing interior designs, BourneStair is available with a range of cladding and types of finishes.

BourneStair is delivered as a complete structure including lighting, decoration, heating, ventilation and fire alarm systems.
